Keep Learning with Canvas

This post focuses on core Canvas functionality that is available to help you with your learning. Each course is different, if you can’t find what you are looking for within your Canvas course, get in touch with your tutor as they are best placed to answer your subject specific questions.

Direct Access to Canvas

We recommend that you directly access Canvas from your internet browser (preferably Chrome), you do not need to access Canvas via Citrix Off-Campus.

If you have limited access to a computer of the internet please read this guidance

Help and Support

There are lots of ways you can get help and support. Whether you’re looking for help accessing course content, submitting an assignment or posting to a discussion, Canvas experts are here to  answer your questions 24/7 via phone and online chat. Just click on the Help icon in the Canvas navigation panel to chat online or call canvas using the listed number:

Assessment

Zoom

Mobile App

The Canvas Student App allows you to view course activity streams, stay on top of your to do items and participate in course discussions. You can also submit coursework, view grades, upload content, read, and much more. Download the app from the app store or google play.
