Panopto whilst not necessarily an interactive in-class technology allows you to record the lecture for use at a later date.
Quizzes
Canvas Quizzes can be used as activities in the classroom. Short quizzes created in Canvas can be accessed on a students mobile device.
Vevox
Vevox formerly known as Meetoo is an in-class voting system and discussion tool that can help students engage in activities during a lecture or workshop.
