We use pronouns to identify or refer to somebody when we are not using their name… “They”, “Them”, “She”, “Her”, “He”, “Him”, are some examples. You can change your personal pronouns in the account section in Canvas. Personal pronouns display after your name in various areas in Canvas, including:
- Comment Fields
- Discussions
- Inbox
- People Page (Course and Groups)
- User Navigation Menu
- User Profile Page
- User Settings Page
