There are lots of ways you can get help and support if you get stuck over the Christmas period. Whether your looking for help accessing feedback, or whether you’re a staff member looking to mark assignments online. Canvas experts are available to answer your questions 24/7 via phone and online chat. Just click on the Help icon in the Canvas navigation panel to chat online or call canvas using the listed number:

The Canvas experts are great at answering questions about Canvas, but sometimes you might need help with your timetable or University enrolments. Unfortunately Canvas can only answer technical queries, but they will always try and put you in contact with the right person if they can’t answer your question. Staff

Sometimes Canvas can’t help with your query and it may need to be resolved locally, get in touch with the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team by emailing ltsupport@ljmu.ac.uk. Alternatively use the Help Me Helpdesk to raise a question. The TEL team are available until 5pm on the 20th December and return on the 2nd January 2020. You can also get help here:

  • LTECH Help site – For lots of Liverpool John Moores University Canvas and other learning technology related help resources developed by the TEL team. The blog is also a really useful place to keep up to date with developments or learn about good practice.
