There are lots of ways you can get help and support for Canvas. Whether you are looking for help accessing feedback, or whether you’re a staff member looking to mark assignments online. Canvas experts are available to answer your questions 24/7 via phone and online chat. Just click on the Help icon in the Canvas navigation panel to chat online or call canvas using the listed number:
Canvas experts are great at answering questions about Canvas, but sometimes you might need help with your timetable or University enrolments. Unfortunately Canvas can only answer technical queries, but they will always try and put you in contact with the right person if they can’t answer your question. Staff
Canvas 24/7 should be your first port of call as they can triage your ticket and contact the TEL team directly if they are unable to help. Sometimes Canvas can’t help with your query and it may need to be resolved locally, get in touch with the Teaching and Learning Academy via LJMUHelpMe, queries answered between 8:30am and 4:30pm, after this time will be picked up the next working day.
