Staff Guide: Restarting the Panopto App

If you are encountering issues with Panopto and Powerpoint, please use the following steps to fix the issue

  1. Close down Panopto and Powerpoint
  2. Open App Player (the green arrow at the bottom of your screen)
  3. Search for Panopto
  4. Click “PanRepair” (Below)

5. Restart Panopto and continue
